The descriptions related to "fortune", "luck", and "blessing" in product details are purely cultural and traditional expressions, not scientific claims or guarantees of any specific outcome.
Due to the natural characteristics of jadeite and gemstones, there may be slight differences in color, texture, luster, and inclusions between the actual product and the pictures displayed on the website. Such differences are inherent natural attributes and do not constitute quality defects. We have clearly indicated the defects of relevant products (such as cracks, dark spots, and rough surfaces) in the product descriptions, and provided detailed photos and video links for your reference; please carefully check before purchasing. 3. Transaction & Payment Disclaimer

1. We accept two official payment methods: ① Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Shopify Payments; ② PayPal. These payment channels are secure and traceable to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
2. For long-term cooperative customers or regular customers who need to use private payment methods such as Zelle, Wise transfer, or bank direct transfer, such methods can only be used after mutual confirmation through prior communication between both parties. All private transactions must retain complete communication records, transfer vouchers, and order confirmations to confirm the validity of the transaction.
3. All private payment methods (including Zelle, Wise transfer, bank direct transfer, etc.) are only available to old customers or regular customers who have a long-term cooperative relationship with us. New customers must use the official payment channels to ensure transaction security. We shall not be liable for any economic losses caused by your improper operation, incorrect transfer information, or private transactions without mutual confirmation.

4. Shipping & Damage Disclaimer

3. You shall check the package in a timely manner after receiving it. If there is any damage to the product, you must provide clear photos, videos, and logistics vouchers within 24 hours of receipt, and contact us via email for negotiation. If you fail to provide relevant vouchers within the time limit or fail to check the package in a timely manner, we shall not be liable for any subsequent disputes.
