All transactions must be completed through official orders generated on our Shopify website, with prices fully confirmed within the store system after customers inspect and verify each piece in advance. We provide trackable full logistics dispatch and professional after-sales support for all store orders.

All jadeite and gemstone ornaments sold in our store are guaranteed 100% natural Type A jade without chemical bleaching, dyeing or resin filling.

As natural mineral formations, every jade and gem piece may carry inherent natural characteristics such as subtle hairline cracks, cotton textures and color roots. These natural mineral marks are formed during stone growth and shall not be classified as quality defects.

Gem identification certificates will be provided complimentary for all orders with a total value over USD 30. Items under USD 30 do not come with physical certificates, yet we fully guarantee all merchandise is genuine natural untreated jadeite and gemstones.

Every ornament is carefully inspected and fully verified by customers prior to checkout. All individually hand-selected custom goods are final sale merchandise. Once orders are dispatched, refunds, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
